Spring (Cooling Season)

• Remove Debris Around the Unit: Clear away leaves, dirt, and debris from the outdoor unit to ensure proper airflow and prevent clogs.
• Clean the Condenser Unit: Clean the condenser coils to remove dirt and dust buildup, improving cooling efficiency.
• Inspect Evaporator Coils: Check the evaporator coils for dust or wear that could reduce performance.
• Inspect Wires & Connections: Examine electrical wires and connections for fraying or damage to avoid potential safety hazards.
• Test Capacitors: Ensure the capacitors are working properly to avoid malfunctions in the system.
• Check Operating Amps on Motor: Verify the motor's amps to ensure it's running within safe and efficient parameters.
• Inspect & Replace Standard Air Filter: Check the air filter for dirt and debris, as a clogged filter reduces airflow and system efficiency. Replace the 1-inch air filter regularly to maintain airflow and improve indoor air quality. *Specialty filters are not included.*
• General Safety Check: Perform a comprehensive system safety inspection to ensure everything is working properly.

Fall (Heating Season)

• Check Ignition & Adjust Combustion (if needed): Ensure safe and efficient burner operation for optimal heating.
• Check All Moving Parts: We'll ensure all parts are moving freely, reducing wear and tear.
• Inspect Heat Exchanger for Cracks: Prevent dangerous carbon monoxide leaks by ensuring your heat exchanger is intact.
• Check Exhaust Pipe for Proper Ventilation: Confirm the exhaust system is clear and working properly to avoid harmful fumes.
• Ensure Burners are Clean: Clean burners for smooth and efficient furnace operation.
• Inspect Blower Assembly: We'll ensure proper airflow for efficient heating and cooling.
