I scheduled a service call for our heater in the morning at 8am and got us in the same day between 9:30am to 1.Shortly got a text indicating that a technician was on their way right at 9:30am. It ended up being Dalton himself.He came in, checked the cap then the blower motor. Cap was lower on voltage and got it replaced but the blower motor wouldn't spin as it was seizing.They had to get a new one and first checked to see if there was any aftermarkets available for cheaper. Unfortunately for our case they were only slightly cheaper, so the OEM part made the most sense.They had to drive to lenexa to grab the part and bring it back to get it installed.Shortly after replacing the part, the heater finally was able to kick on.I appreciate the knowledge, speed and prompt windows of service.I especially liked that they tried things first that would be the least amount of money before moving forward to more expensive outlets.Great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Ryan was early for our appointment and got right to work upon arriving. He dug right in to my furnace and located the problem. He discussed the possible options and potential costs with me before going any further. Once he gave me his diagnosis and I agreed on the work to be done, he retrieved the required part from his work truck and had it replaced and had my furnace up and running in a few minutes. The whole appointment took less than 40 minutes and Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. I appreciate his work and would definitely use him for any issues in the future.

Called Dalton Friday evening because our heater went out after some power surges in our town. Dalton came out first thing Saturday morning to try and fix our heater. After looking things over and giving us all of our options with prices, we decided to go ahead and do a full system replacement since our units were original to our home (30ish years old). He let us know he was pretty booked due to it being a short holiday week but he would get us worked in. His team, Dallas & Isaac, came out first thing Monday morning, worked all day, got our heater up and running, and got the AC installed. There was an issue with the AC so Dalton (and a couple additional members from his team) came out Tuesday and spent the day getting the issue resolved and us taken care of. We appreciate his attention to detail and getting us worked in on a very busy short week. Dalton is very responsive, very reasonably priced, and does a great job. We would (and quite often do) recommend him and his team to anyone with HVAC needs!

Our furnace in a rental down in Osawatomie decided to take the weekend off—quit working on a Saturday night. We’re up in Minnesota, so running over to fix it wasn’t an option. Called Dalton’s for after-hours service, and they didn’t mess around. Super quick response, which was a lifesaver because frozen tenants aren’t good for business.Dalton showed up, got the heat going again, and gave us the straight talk: the old unit was basically a dinosaur. He suggested replacement, and honestly, he wasn’t wrong. The quote was fair—didn’t feel like we were buying a spaceship. By Monday, Dallas and Wyatt rolled in and went to work. These guys were machines—no standing around, no “just grabbing a coffee” breaks. They kept the place clean, knocked it out in one trip, and our tenants said they were great to have around. The new furnace runs so quiet you’d think it was sneaking around.Start to finish, easy, professional, and zero stress. If your furnace decides to retire early, call Dalton’s. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for HVAC service – stop scrolling now. Dalton’s Heating & Cooling is the absolute best around. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Are you tired of companies that don’t answer their phones and never return your phone calls? These folks answered every time I called, left me messages if I was out and restored my faith in good old customer service. And all of that was before they came to my elderly family members home and assessed the heater issues. The ancient heater hasn’t worked properly in years, and I was pretty sure we would need a new one. Their price was fair; service was outstanding and they did exactly what they said they would do. And I don’t even live in Kansas – this was all conducted over the phone. Absolute top notch. Thanks for being a blessing.

Can't say enough good things about Dalton's. My aging 5 ton system needed replacement and after pricing the local guys here in Johnson County, I decided to check with Dalton's following a recommendation from two co-workers. Response was faster, no B.S. and price was 10% less for a larger and more efficient system. They knocked out the full system in a day, and while my previous unit struggled to keep up on hot days, two weeks in the heat so far and the temp hasn't budged. The system is much quieter too, I can barely tell it's even running unless it's really hot out and I leave the shades open to the south. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. My parents' air conditioner went out when, with the heat index, the temperature was 110 degrees. Dalton's sent out a repairman very quickly and, when they needed a new unit installed, they brought out a couple of portable units and set them up. They put a new unit in the next day, and left the portables one more night. This company was timely, efficient, caring, and customer service oriented-they went above and beyond in this situation and did an excellent job! Thank you!!!

Dalton's Heating and Cooling came highly recommended by my neighbor and he did not disappoint. My AC unit was having issues keeping my upstairs cooled off on the super hot days. I was able to schedule my appointment online and a service tech was out quickly. Dalton was very thorough and figured out the issue and was able to fix it right away. He even offered recommendations for me to look into to help keep the 2nd floor of the house cooler. I will definitely use him in the future and I will absolutely recommend him to friends and family.
