My parents' air conditioner went out when, with the heat index, the temperature was 110 degrees. Dalton's sent out a repairman very quickly and, when they needed a new unit installed, they brought out a couple of portable units and set them up. They put a new unit in the next day, and left the portables one more night. This company was timely, efficient, caring, and customer service oriented-they went above and beyond in this situation and did an excellent job! Thank you!!!

Dalton's Heating and Cooling came highly recommended by my neighbor and he did not disappoint. My AC unit was having issues keeping my upstairs cooled off on the super hot days. I was able to schedule my appointment online and a service tech was out quickly. Dalton was very thorough and figured out the issue and was able to fix it right away. He even offered recommendations for me to look into to help keep the 2nd floor of the house cooler. I will definitely use him in the future and I will absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

My AC wasn’t not working as well as I thought it should. I called Daltons on my lunch break and was able to make an appointment. They were at my house and done before my break was over! They got there sooner than I was originally told. Dalton even called me with what was wrong and with an estimate. He was quick and got my AC fixed in minutes! Price is reasonable! We recently had Dalton's install a new heating/cooling system to replace our ancient one. Their initial install was finished in a day and their employees were kind and courteous. A few weeks later, we noticed an odd sound when our AC turned on and called Dalton's about it. A technician was out the next day and he diagnosed the issue. Within a day, they had reached out and said they wanted to replace the entire unit because they wanted everything done right. To be clear, their install was perfect. There was a minor issue with the product itself. From the first meeting about the install estimate, all the way to this replacement, I have interacted with around six different employees, including Dalton himself, and they have all been professional, kind, and they clearly value building relationships with their customers. I will be strongly recommending them to all my family and friends.

Really nice guy and honest. Not pushy at all. We were looking at possibly nursing the A/C along because we couldn't afford a new motor for one of the parts that helps start the fan, and it was gonna be like $500 more when it did eventually stop again. After he told me about it, he finished up working on the unit, and found a faulty wire that he replaced for free and he was happy FOR us that we weren't going to need to replace it. He came earlier than the appointment because he was available, and it was done fast.

Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!! Dallas and George did a great job with new AC and furnace install! Did it in crazy winds and even the rain! I called Dalton in a panic as we have our daughter’s wedding reception next week and our AC went out. Dalton had somebody out within FIVE minutes to check the AC to see if it was something that could quickly be fixed but unfortunately the AC unit was almost 18 years old and needed replaced. He sent Dallas and George out in 2 days and I now have a new AC that will cool my guest or furnace that will keep them warm and toasty at an outstanding price and exemplary service!

Had a great experience with the company. In a high priority situation needing to have my furnace checked out, i called first thing in the am and they got me on the books within a couple hours. The technician was polite and professional and educated me on the issue and checked the furnace out and put my mind at ease that the problem was solved. Our heat wasn't keeping up with the cold. We knew our furnace needed maintenance when it stopped kicking on when it should. I put in a service request at 10:30 p.m. on Sunday night and was called by Dalton not even 10 min later to get us on the schedule. He got us scheduled for 8 to 9 am the next morning. Erick was right on time and had us fixed and running great before 9 a.m. the service was great and the price for repair was reasonable and worth every penny. Especially with an artic blast and negative temperatures heading our way.
